This is a video on how to use your psp as a remote controller via irshell, includes a guide on how to dump a fw, to obtain decripted .prx. This is just for psp phat and in the scenario of this vid, is ona psp with 3.71m33-4 it also works with lower firmwares that are IRSHELL friendly.
